Nigerian man builds a car that Moves on Land and sea

This man is an innovative thinker that hails in lagos Nigeria, the vehicle he built was spotted on the road around the Ikorodu area of Lagos yesterday. He built a multi-routed car which he says can be sailed on water just like a boat and as well could move on the road with its three tyres. He says he needs encouragement and motivation. this is what the world needs, innovative minds, which you can be that one, but what can you say about this man.....
