To drum up publicity for the release of Game Of Thrones’ third season on DVD, HBO commissioned street
artists Joe and Max to create an immersive, 3D view of “The Wall” on the streets of London.
“We knew we had to do something really special to match the sheer scale of this phenomenal TV show that has swept the globe,” stated Joe Hill, who makes up half of this artistic duo.
It looks like the duo has succeeded—many passers-by stopped to pose for photographs and pretended that they were scaling the famous fortification Jon Snow had to climb.
Sadly, this installation was only available for a day—wouldn’t it be fun to pretend to be in the Game of Thrones universe?
