singer dedicated a song to his on-again, off-again girlfriend while on
stage on Banger's Sausage House and Beer Garden.
"As the artists from the showcase joined together for a group jam session on stage, Bieber snuck on stage and surprised everyone," a source tells Us Weekly. "After they all left the stage, Justin asked to do a solo song."
