According to NET NG, there are court summons pasted on D’Banj’s Lekki house gate in Lagos (since December 17) for a court case that is supposed to be held on Monday, January 26. Rumours have been making the rounds that Nigerian entertainer D’Banj is broke and has several debts to pay. Last year, a technology company, MindHub Technologies headed by Henry Ojogho claimed he is owing the company N15 million. According to MindHub, D’Banj, also through his company, DKM Media Limited, obtained a
loan of over N60 million from them in January 2013, and has not paid back the said sum despite signing an undertaking to do so. D'Banj's PR team however debunked the rumours towards the end of last year but it looks like the allegations have resurfaced. According to reports, D’Banj is so cash strapped that he cannot pay his staff and some of them have quit. D'Banj, however, has been silent on all this.
