Men of Ogun State Police Command are investigating the multi-million Naira fraud, which Suspected internet fraudsters as reported, hacked into Ogun State-owned mortgage bank, Gateway Savings and Loans Limited, and stole millions of Naira.

The internet fraud prompted a team of armed mobile policemen to storm the branch of Skye Bank Plc, located in Oke-Ilewo, Abeokuta, on Friday as Vanguard revealed.

it was said that the team was led by the Senior Special Adviser on Security to Governor Ibikunle Amosun, by so doing customers queuing took their heels when they saw the armed police men, an argument went on for two hours between the police men and the bank staffs

An official of the bank, who spoke on condition of anonymity, told Sunday Vanguard that a senior official was later taken to the Ibara Divisional Police Station, Abeokuta to write a statement and later released.
