CAMA AWARD 2014: ASANDREA COLLECTIONS GRABS BEST DESIGNER OF THE YEAR

An Amiable CAMA AWARD 2014(Classic African Merit Award) awardee: Ugafor Tochukwu Michael was born in to the families of Late Chief Ogbuefi Ezechukwu Peter Ugafor and Mrs Chikadibia Margaret Ugafor of Agbaja Abatete in Idemili North local government of Anambra state. He attended Aniekwe memorial Primary School Abatete, upon the completion of his Primary education, he proceeded to Osisatech Secondary school Enugu where he obtained his West African School certificate In 2001.He gained admission to Nnamdi Azikiwe university where he bagged a degree in Economics in 2007. For a brief moment he pursed a business venture before going for the mandatory National youth service corp. He was posted to Yauri, Kebbi state where he served His Mother land. As a result of his meritorious service to Yauri Land he was awarded the Best corper in that Zone Batch C 2010. Upon the completion of His NYSC, He decided to make a career from his passion for clothes and designs. Thus, he established Asandrea Collections a fashion brand that caters for the fashion needs of men and women. His collection of quality designs has graced the covers of Magazines, newspapers, billboards and numerous runaways. He has received recognition from far and wide for his absolute commitment to the Nigerian fashion industry and for his innovative designs. One of which is a recognition from ADO Union USA




. He has consistently made the effort to create designs that has given the Nigeria fashion scene a positive out look.
