Head,ECOWAS Liaison Office
Lagos,Nigeria. While he was in Port Harcourt,
he checked into Mandate Gardens Hotel in the
Rumuokoro area in Obio/Akpor LGA which is
close to Sam Steel Clinic where the late Dr.
Enemuo worked.
