Followin the Defence hqts twitter handle, it was said that book haram whom tried to capture the town of Biu, didn't succeed and the Nigerian Military are ahead of things.
“Our boys have already taken strategic position waiting for them, at the moment,
the soldiers are battling them. All we can hear now are gunshots from the
direction of the barracks.”
