Vincent Fox is the President of Mexico and Donald Trump is a Republican presidential candidate in the U.S, he is known for his lack of choice of words in giving speeches and also his kinda have a mind of a racist, I guess he cooked a beef with the Mexicans and it has gotten him to a little clash with their President, even issuing a federal-warning to Trump. This is one thing "you don't mess with the Mexicans"
