There seems to be a kind of disagreement between the okada riders and those selling tickets, though it was ice-cold until today that it went 100 degrees.
The ticket sellers are those that sell tickets for the okada riders to enable them pass through some routes, let me just say is a kind of tax being collected from them, and a ticket caused N50 per.
In the early hours of today, It was said that one of the ticket sellers pushed an okada rider while in motion and a truck ran over him which led to his dead, the incident happened around oyus junction, old NEPA road suleja in Niger state.
The okader riders took it to the streets of suleja to protest on how they are been maltreated by this tickets sellers, all going on their motorcycle with leafs in front and some at the back as they fuel the protest-train.
As at the time cloudig blogger got there it was said that the suleja LGA chairman told them to leave the secretariat premises and assemble at the suleja stadium which is a 100m from the secretariat.
They are not allowed to carry anyone on their okadas as the protest is on.
Security personals have been deployed to maintain peace and ensure stability.
