TOHAI :Campaign Against sickle cell held in kano

Research have shown that Nigeria has the highest number of persons living with sickle cell, with over 150,000 babies born with serious condition every year, way more than HIV, way more than cancer. Despite this sickle cell doesn't get enough publicity.
TOHAI is an initiative that it's primary purpose is creating more awareness about sickle cell disease,  conduct free genotype test to determine compatibility among couples in other to avoid them having sickle cell children.
